Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do.

For the US citizens, your order will take between 10 to 20 days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. Worldwide the shipping varies between 10-30 days in Europe, outside Europe often 20-35 days but it could be up to 60 days in rare cases. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 3 to 5 days business days of ordering.

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

We currently only offer one FREE standard shipping option for American citizens. We ship for only 4.95$ per item (if you order more than one items, we waive off the charge) if you live outside the US.

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. This can take between 3 to 5 business days after we receive your order. 

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery. Alternatively, enter your tracking number into ‘Track your order’ on our website. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking code to update and show the status of your order.

In the rare occasions if this was happened, however unlikely, we will endeavour to resolve this as soon as we hear from you.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.

We have fulfilment centers across the globe located in the US, Europe (Netherlands) and Asia. Depending on your location and stock availability your item will be shipped from the nearest warehouse. If an item is out of stock, we normally shipped your item from the next closest location keeping in mind the strict delivery deadlines.
